The use of the Trackr Lab Services is invoiced in return in the form of an Semestrial or Monthly Subscription, the price of which is indicated on our pricing page and/or sent by e-mail by quote. The Subscription will take effect from the date of electronic validation hereof. It is concluded for an indefinite period with or without a minimum initial period of commitment, depending on the Subscription formula that the User has chosen. To be able to benefit from the Services, except for the free trial, the User will pay a periodic fee in accordance with the specific conditions specified by the terms of services.
Access to the Services and the use of the related extensions is a right granted exclusively under the conditions determined by the Subscription taken out, in particular for the number of Users, the functionalities, the assistance and the storage space defined by the formula subscribed.
Depending on the context in which the personal data are collected, they are processed for the following purposes:
We collect and use the personal data described above in order to provide you with a reliable and secure service. We also collect and use your personal data in execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures or when their processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the activities of Trackr Lab. Trackr Lab will promptly process any alleged breaches and may, in its sole discretion, implement any action deemed appropriate, removing any content or user account from the Trackr Lab Site if necessary.
You remain the owner of all the files you upload on your Trackr Lab workspace and of all the metadata linked to those files. This is true whether those metadata are imported with the files you upload on Trackr Lab or entered online by a member of your workspace.
